Video bit rate is still 6,000 kbit per second. A year ago it was 1,000. Because of the higher bit rate, you can pull your screen out to the previous size or even larger.
Trust me, almost nobody is shooting in true HD. The file sizes are just too big for most webmaster's band width and too big for most users' internet connection.
The screen sizes were reduced primarily because I had complaints about file sizes! As a discussion point here; should I put the sizes back up?
I prefer 1280x720. 960x540 can't be better than 1280x720.
I remember times when bitrate was 16000 :). 6000 is enough, but picture size must be 1280x720.
Broadband internet connection available for 10-15$ per month. I don't see any problems here. Big filesize is a problem for those who want to download for free from filesharing sites. Or the problem in your server connection?

Okay, I'll change the screen size back to 1280 x 720 but it won't happen until April as I have already edited everything for March.
