Sorry one and all but I have some bad news concerning pricing for membership of the site and for dvd purchases.
I've been putting off a price increase for some time, but as we all know, times are tough. The bottom line is that at current prices I'm barely making ends meet. Everything is costing way more than it was 3 years ago, which was the last time I had to increase prices.
I know you are all enjoying the increased screen sizes and resolution on the movies, but this has a severe effect on my bandwidth costs, which have more than trebled over the last 2 years alone. I could drop the girls' wages, but this would probably have the effect of dropping the quality of the girls I can get too, and nobody wants that!
It is true that membership of the site is considerably down, which obviously doesn't help. I have continued to try to entice more members to sign up, but the continuing trend for a downward slope in the global economy, and the availability of pirated material all over the net are really not helping me here either.
So it with a heavy heart that I have to tell you that prices will increase on 1st March. If you have a recurring membership then this will not be effected until your credit card expires, as you will continue to be charged at the current rate until you need to re-join. DVD prices for the newest titles will also increase, but older titles will remain unchanged.
Again, my apologies for this, I hope you understand the position I am in and will continue to support and enjoy Sneakypee

I quite understand why you're having to put prices up Sneaky, but I've noticed that many sites that I've been on in the past are now e-mailing me offering new membership at very low prices which are hard to resist. These are for the first month only then revert to the usual rate.
No doubt the thinking behind this is that it's better to attract lots of members at a low price than very few at the higher price.

although sneaky pee videos are high quality, they either need to be longer clips or more frequent updates. for the same price as sneaky, i can just keep getting 2-day trials of other sites.
sneaky offers few extras, no 3-day memberships, no bonus sites.
Either more frequent updates, or one big update (say 20+ movies) to entice people to re-join.
£30+ is way too expensive for the DVDs.
A more reasonable £10-15 and people might buy them.
I had never looked at the DVD sales before now, but I am very surprised at the prices, why so expensive? I know it costs to make the video, but then only pence to make copies. These are the dearest DVDs I've ever seen.
Why buy the DVDs anyway when you can download the clips and make the DVD yourself for next to nothing? Is there extra material not seen on the site?

Why no DVD box sets? Maybe a reduced price for members at least?
Sneakypee is too expensive as it is- updates are just too infrequent. Better off cancelling and rejoining 6 months later and downloading the dozen or so updates. At £240 a year for membership (say £20/month), Sneaky is just too expensive for the amount of new content we get.
Compare price to a typical "porn site" membership - like Brazzers or Naughty America - for £70 a year you can get half a dozen HD updates a day. Sneaky does not come close to this in terms of value for money for a 2-minute movie clip.
while sneaky is not a `typical pornsite` as you say i see where you are coming from in terms of the value for money. sneakypee is expensive per minute of video. there is no story or plot or depth of character.
Maybe you could do longer videos? Don't worry about the professional-edit look, just give us more content. Have a look at these clips below and see what i mean.

exactly! i only sign up every now-and-then to download new videos. there isn't much point otherwise because updates are too few to make it worthwhile paying. the first few hundred videos aren't even worth watching imho.
maybe if there were more updates i'd stay, but i tend to rotate with sites like projectpee. i'd rather see cheaper girls doing more scenes than 2 minutes with an one or two expensive girls.
Okay okay okay, let's get a few things straight here.
Firstly, thanks to the first poster here, but it would seem on the showing so far, you don't speak for any of the readers here.
Seriously, you guys need to wise up. Do you have any idea what it costs to run a site like this? One month costs £1000 in modelling fees and £400 in hosting fees alone. Of your £20 subscription, Verotel take 17%. On dvd sales I lose 15% to DigiContent. All just for the pleasure of them processing your payment.
I'll try and deal with each of your posts in turn, as i don't want any of you to think I am in any way dismissive of any suggestions, although they are largely complaints if we are being honest.
Actually if we are being honest, how many of you that have posted here have actually been members for more than a harvesting visit every 6 months or so? And how many of you if I dropped the prices would change that habit? Thought not.
I digress. Low membership schemes only work with sites that have a huge mass appeal. Sure you can join for a low 3 day fee, or a low monthly price, then it re-bills at normal price. And how many people would not cancel before the very first re-bill? You know the answer same as i do.
You'd like longer scenes? I could do that and look like every other "desperation" site on the market, where the girls walk about aimlessly for 10 minutes before they dribble out a pathetic pee. Why? What's the point of all that fill on bandwidth? Sneakypee is about pretty girls needing to pee. No plot. No dialogue. No fill.
More frequent updates? It would be crippling financially. Every scene costs £75 in modelling fees alone. My closest rival Projectpee offers 3 new scenes per week. I make that 156 over the course of a year. Sneaky has 2 scenes every 5 days, that's 146, so not too far away. Anybody know how many updates Peehunters has? Me neither, but it's not many. Should be called "Forest Peehunters" btw; do they ever shoot anywhere but woods and fields? But again, I digress.
Take your point with Brazzers and Naughty America as examples of cheaper porn sites giving loads of content, BUT they operate on massive scale. This whole thing is classic economics. I have at best, at any one time, around 200 paying members. How many do you think Brazzers have? My guess would be anything between 200,000 and 500,000, but it could be way more. These are massive companies. Vast operations, with vast profits. And they are squeezing many other hardcore producers out of the business, which is a very bad thing, unless of course all you ever want to watch in future is Brazzers productions.
I agree about the first 200 or so videos not being much cop. You have to remember however that at the time (nearly 10 years ago and way before my time btw) they were very original, and pretty much the only new content being made anywhere. Thankfully that has changed and there are more producers of this kind of material. But these are like any other businesses; you don't make money, you fold.
Cheaper girls? Like all the Eastern European looking girls at Forest Peehunters and others I could mention? Not going to happen. It's a point of difference for Sneaky to have good looking English girls and that's the way it will stay. On the subject of girls, do other sites bring in as many new pretty and original faces?
To sum up, before I move onto dvds. Since none of you are regular, re-billing members, nor never will be it seems, preferring (and I completely understand this) to harvest all the new content every now and then, where is my incentive to keep prices as they are and potentially fold? I can't possibly entice more of you to become re-billing members, so have no choice. No, not true, I could close down and do something else that actually pays me some decent money!!

Bottom line is that without the dvd sales ends would just not meet. True, the material is already paid for but it does then require a fair amount of work to actually make it into a dvd that plays on all players. So yeah, you're paying for my time! Seriously, there is more to it.
As I said earlier, Digicontent take 15% for processing the credit card, so that's £4.50 given away. Blank dvds, cases, envelopes etc account for less than 50p per order so no big deal there. Postage is another beast altogether. One dvd 2nd class to the UK, no big deal at 47p. One dvd overseas is now £3.05. To send 4 dvds abroad is now £5.12.
It's also about piss per minute here too. Since my scenes have no fill, although it would seem you'd like more fill, there is no fill on the dvds either. Last 2 productions had 35 and 37 individual pee scenes in an hour. How many do other producers give you in an hour? How many cum shots do you get in a Brazzers dvd?
Anyway, I've rattled on enough. Hope this helps rather than offends; offending is never my intention. I seriously had to consider whether to put up prices or pack this all in and go back to a job that pays. For now I'm going to continue, but seriously, that may not last
Sneaky you do an amazing job, I've had a sub for a while now and really enjoy the content the likes of which you don't get on other Specialist sites. I for one am happy to pay the extra to keep the good quality videos coming.
I agree Sneaky that the quality of the girls is most important. Give me a few very hot, classy girls that can be like camels and I'll be happy. Why, because that is what I am looking for, or else I would go to one of the many cheaper sites with unimpressiv pees. I'm not interestd in longer scenes of walking around, nope just show me a nice long waterfall. The exception are the interviews, are worth it, because the girls actually talk and you can get to know them better.

Someone previously said that the first few hundred videos are uninteresting, but one can find some really daring scenes from sexy girls there. For example in p171 Wendy bents over and pees in a balcony in front of a guy (boy?) a 10 meters away and she also flashes her tits at some point. She just hikes up her skirt, bends over a little and starts pissing a strong stream as she was probably not wearing any panties. Too bad the video quality is bad (low resolution) and we didnt get a better view of her ass and pussy, but that was a really sexy and daring scene. Yes, the CCTV is the enemy. I am not sure how much more daring you can get. Should that mean more traffic passing by? A more open area? Much of the scenes I watched include all of that, sometimes even being caught! I can imagine the girls having an easier time sneaking in a pee without a camera shining a spotlight on her. Sometimes I don't know how you do it!
Daring is one thing, but I think it is equally important how she pees when she finds that sweet spot. I was an always recurring member until last year, then like a lot of people finances started to bite. I used to have four regular subscriptions to various sites and they'd cost me in total around £100 a month. Now I can't afford that kind of luxury so have to rotate my memberships one at a time. Unfortunately I think the vast majority of people are the same (although there will be some who just keep on paying for subscriptions until their credit card maxes out).
I've actually done some adult photography work up here in Scotland and I know just how expensive it is. A couple of years ago (just before the recession really kicked in) I was toying with the idea of starting my own site of glamour models i'd worked with, but doing the maths it just wasn't going to be financially viable. Small companies just can't compare with the big porn houses such as Brazzers and the costs for accepting Credit Card payments etc really hit your bottom line. Large companies get far more competative rates from companies like CCBill and Veritel than one small company does, which just further compromises small companies from succeeding.
I think Sneaky is perhaps unlucky in that he's based in the South East - I know from my experiences girls "up north" tend to work for much less than girls down south. I've been lucky enough to work with girls who aren't household names but are extremely pretty and are great at what they do for around half the cost of models offering the same thing but who are in or around London. Perhaps Sneaky could look to build contacts in other parts of the UK where he may get girls working for less than £75 per scene?
Anyway, i've went on enough and I really do hope Sneakypee lives on as I think it keeps Projectpee on its toes - some healthy competition - the danger would be if Sneaky ceased Projectpee would be the monopoly in outdoor peeing (I don't count peehunters or pisshunters as they are awful) and Projectpee would let their quality drop as they don't have a real competitor that may poach some of their members.
